Description: Learn how the pandemic has affected federal nutrition assistance programs, how they have changed to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19, and what effects these changes are having on population health, especially for those experiencing food insecurity. Speakers will discuss lessons learned from changes to the National School Lunch Program, the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
